Counselling & Psychotherapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy are both types of mental health therapy that can facilitate mental, emotional, and physical well-being.  Deciding between these therapies depends on the specific needs and nature of the issues an individual is confronted with. Collaboratively, a trained practitioner can support you with determining which therapy may best suit your needs.
