Individual Counselling

Individual counselling allows clients to explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviors, address mental health struggles, and improve their overall well-being.

Individuals have the opportunity to learn regulation skills, mindfulness, coping strategies, trauma resolution, grief processing, attachment forming, attunement and responsiveness, and cognitive reprocessing.
Child and Youth Counselling

Child and Youth counselling is available to persons under the age of 19 years old. This service can be booked by either the child or young person or their parent/guardian. If this service is booked by a child or young person a Mature Minor Assessment will be executed by the counselor per the Infants Act.

This service aims to support children and young people that need help with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationships.
Couples Counselling

Available to couples facing a variety of relationship concerns. Providing the couple with the strategies and insights for a healthier and more rewarding partnership.
Couples will learn to identify their dysfunctional patterns and how to implement skills for positive transactions. Together, the couple will develop communication skills, repair their relationship, promote trust and commitment, and enhance fondness and admiration for one another.
Family Counselling

An integrative approach available to families and family members requiring communication, attachment, dynamic, and trauma support.
Family members will acquire and learn new tools for creating and maintaining healthy relationships and attachment styles, enforce appropriate boundaries and roles, and form secure attachments.
Online Counselling

Online counselling is available for any individual, couple, or family to address a range of biopsychosocial concerns.

Please speak directly with your insurance provider to find out if you are covered for services prior to your first appointment. Specifically, ask them if your plan covers services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Many insurance plans that cover counselling by a Registered Psychologist or
Registered Social Worker also recognize the Masters-level credentials of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
Pain Reprocessing Therapy for Chronic Pain

Pain Reprocessing Therapy can help improve a wide array of chronic symptoms, such as migraines, joint pain, fatigue, Fibromyalgia, IBS, and body aches, stiffness, and stabbing. Additionally, emotions that elicit pain and discomfort can be regulated; anxiety, hypervigilance, shame, guilt, grief, fear, and anger.
